Each time you look up a contact in Tabula, the platform automatically runs a waterfall enrichment across multiple premium email and phone providers. If one provider does not return a valid result, Tabula moves to the next source in the sequence, continuing until a reliable email or phone number is found or all providers are checked.
This means you are not limited by the gaps of any single provider. The waterfall system significantly increases find rates, reduces missing contact details, and saves time by eliminating manual retries across multiple tools.
Catch-all emails belong to domains configured to accept messages sent to any address, even if the specific inbox does not exist. For example, emails like name@company.com may appear valid because the domain accepts all mail, but they are not guaranteed to reach a real person.
Because catch-all addresses cannot be fully verified at the inbox level, they are more likely to bounce later or never be read. In Tabula, catch-all emails are clearly identified so you can decide whether to use them, prioritize confirmed emails first, or apply additional filters in your workflows.
If none of the providers in Tabula’s enrichment waterfall return a valid email or phone number, no enrichment credits are charged. You only pay when a usable result is successfully found.
